2018 Community Impact

Ranch Heights Elementary School Family Fun Night (Jan 2018) – $100 sponsor of a game in one of the classrooms during this annual game night tradition to raise money for Ranch Heights.

Central Middle School 5k Run (Feb 2018) – $250 to sponsor this race to raise money for Central Middle School.

Bruin Classic Basketball Tournament (Feb 2018) – $1,500 title sponsor for this tournament that raised money for the Bartlesville High School basketball team.

BHS MAD Week Silver Sponsor (Mar 2018) – $100 to raise money for a local citizen fighting cancer.

BHS Football Golf Tournament (May 2018) – $400 to raise money to support the Bartlesville High School football program.

BHS Senior Scholarship (May 2018) - Awarded $1,000 scholarship to graduating BHS senior.

Memorial Benches at Madison and Ochelata (Burk Hansen, Scott Mauldin, Kade Minor) (Jun 2018) – $1,200 – 3 benches to remember 3 special youth whose lives were cut short.

5 Nikon Camera Sets for Madison Mass Communication Class (Jun 2018) – $2,500 – Purchased 5 new camera sets for the 8th grade mass communications class.  This will allow them to take pictures all year at the school for use in daily assemblies as well as the yearbook.

Bartlesville Children’s Musical Theater (Jun 2018) – $300 program sponsorship for the Little Mermaid production.

2nd Annual BHS Ignite Leadership Conference (Jul 2018) – Students gathered to learn about leadership skills and have fun and serve together over this two day conference.

BHS Girls Volleyball (Jul 2018) – $350 to support the Bartlesville High School girls volleyball program.

BHS Football Banner (Aug 2018) – $700 to support the Bartlesville High School football program.

BHS POM Sponsorship (Aug 2018) – $500 to support the Bartlesville High School POM program.

Mustang Color Run (Sep 2018) – $500 to support the Madison Middle School annual Mustang Run.

Day of Caring at Madison Middle School (Sep 2018) – $3,500 This project is the first phase to put green space around the entire school playground.  We removed a large strip of the pavement, back filled with dirt, planted trees, built two decorative walls, and built a wooden bell tower to hold a bell to ring to indicate the end of recess.

Kane Elementary Trick or Trot (Oct 2018) – $250 to sponsor this race to raise money for Kane Elementary School.
